Depending on year model, C-Class cars are powered by either a 1.8L or 2.3L four-cylinder engine equipped with a belt-driven supercharger. The C-Class may also be powered by a 2.5L, 2.6L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.5L V6 engine.
Automatic transmission models come equipped with either a five-speed or seven-speed automatic transmission. Manual transmission models come equipped with a six-speed manual transmission.
